They are used in cans and bottles, but can also be used in other packaging boxes. Some bottled food products use them as a seal for caps.

It is important that the designer must be careful to leave the overlapping area blank without printing. This will be the area where the adhesive enters and should be respected without design print to ensure an efficient adhesion, this area must correspond to the side in the direction in which the labeling machine will turn the container.

The material used is BOPP which can be white or pearl and can lead lamination.
